Thanks for reading

…and more specifically, thanks for reading the Hill Library Blog. It is our great pleasure to use this site to pass along resources and research of potential use to the small business community. I’ve enjoyed writing here on the blog very much, and count as an honor each chance I’ve had of meeting and speaking with many of you directly.

So, it makes me slightly sad to report that I am moving on from the Hill Library. I’ve accepted a position with a library organization called MINITEX. MINITEX provides numerous services to libraries throughout MN, ND, and SD, including inter-library loan processing, cooperative database purchasing, and training for librarians. My new duties will mostly pertain to the latter area. If you’re a library professional in the region, you’ll likely be seeing me around. (p.s. This is not a threat.)

Whether you’re a small businessperson or entrepreneur, or a counselor or librarian serving the small business community, I hope you’ve gotten some small value out of this blog so far. It will, of course, continue to grow and change – so keep reading! The one thing that won’t change is the Library’s dedication to helping small businesses. So make sure you use the James J. Hill Reference Library – this great resource completely at your disposal – to find answers to your toughest business questions.

Good luck out there. Matt.
